By using the Services, you grant Fells Code a limited, revocable license to process Customer Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

Fells Code strives for reliability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, and unforeseen outages may occur. We may modify or discontinue any Service at any time.
Certain Services may require payment. You agree to pay all fees associated with your account. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes must be brought in the state or federal courts of Maryland.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of the page. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
